By creating an account or using CrewThat ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CrewThat is a job, crew, gear, and punchlist management tool for stage production and AV shops. It is operated by Stage Culture LLC ("we," "us"). The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secret. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
You retain ownership of all content (jobs, gear records, plans, punchlists, photos, etc.) you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You will not: (a) use the Service for illegal activity; (b) upload content you don't have the right to share; (c) interfere with the Service or other users' use of it; (d) attempt to access data that is not yours; (e) reverse engineer or scrape the Service.
CrewThat is currently in early-access founder pricing. Paid plans, when introduced, will be billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give at least 30 days notice before any change to a paid plan you've signed up for.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for over 12 months. On termination, we will retain your data for 30 days during which you may export it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranty of any kind. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-product banner. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
