Privacy Policy

This policy describes what data CrewThat collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. CrewThat is built and operated by Stage Culture LLC.

1. What we collect

Account data — name, email, password hash, role, shop membership.
Workspace content — jobs, gear, punchlists, plans (PDFs / images), photos, chat messages, time entries you and your team create.
Usage data — basic logs (IP, browser, page) used for security and reliability. Retained 30 days.
Cookies / local storage — to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

2. How we use it

To operate the Service: render your data, sync across devices, send push notifications you opt into.
To improve the Service: aggregated, de-identified usage metrics. We do not look at the contents of your jobs, plans, or chats except to debug a specific support request you initiate.
To contact you about account, security, or service-impacting changes.

3. Who we share it with

We use the following subprocessors:

Supabase — managed Postgres, auth, file storage. Data hosted in US regions.
Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, and Pages hosting for the frontend.
Resend — transactional email (invites, password resets).
Anthropic — when you use JARVIS, the prompt you send is processed by Anthropic's Claude API. Only the content you explicitly send to JARVIS is shared.

We do not sell your data, ever.

4. Security

We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest on our database and file storage providers, and Row Level Security policies that scope every read and write to your shop. Sign-in is via Supabase Auth.

5. Your choices

Access & export — request a copy of your data by emailing us.
Delete — close your account from Settings, or request deletion by email. Data is purged within 30 days.
Push notifications — opt in/out from Settings → Notifications.

6. Children

CrewThat is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

7. Changes

We will post any changes here and update the effective date above. Material changes will be announced via email or an in-product banner.
